I have checked and re-checked this recipe and no where can I find how much honey to use. Am I missing something here? Please give me a hand here please, this sounds so good!

I apologize for the omission of the honey in the ingredients list. It should include 1/2 cup of honey. I have corrected the recipe so if you go to the recipe now you should see the honey listed. You may have to refresh your page to see the change. Again, I am sorry about the omission of the honey in the ingredients list. This is an easy recipe for preparing smoked pork chops and it is really good. I hope you enjoy it.

This could also be done with flour tortillas, too, right? And I wouldn't think you'd have the issues with breakage like with the corn tortillas.

Do you have suggestions for freezing this? Would it be ok to split the recipe and freeze half? Should the frozen half be thawed before cooking? Should it be frozen after cooking? If so, how do you suggest reheating.
