Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately an hour. The cooking time will vary depending on the size of the squash. Start checking for doneness after 45 minutes by poking the squash with a fork. When it is done it will feel tender when poked with the fork. The recipe doesn't give an amount of juice you need after running thru sieve for the jam recipe. Could you please let me know the quantity.
It would be nice if you would not put the ads at the end of a recipe. It takes a lot of ink to print those ads.

Please specify flour or corn tortillas if you wish to be taken seriously. Not only do the flavors differ, but the texture and treatment do.
