I was wondering how many people this recipe would serve? Thank you

I think you could figure on 8 to 10 servings depending on what else is being served and the appetites you are feeding. Enjoy, it is a delicious recipe!
Nutrition (Per Serving) The recipe serves 6 but how much is a serving? Is it 1 cup, 1 1/2 cup? I am a diabetic and need to know the carbs by measurement size not 1 serving.

I tried this recipe and was wondering if it would still work if I used less cream cheese.

Do I use a chuck roast or a better cut?
In the list of ingredients, you show 8 oz of almond bark, nothing about it being divided. In the cookie dough portion of the instructions, you indicate that I should chop the almond bark into small chunks, then add the almond bark pieces to the crumbly butter/flour mixture, along with the chopped maraschino cherries.

I tried this so called simple recipe and it was a disaster. At 350 it seemed like it was never going to get done as I monitored it from 10 to 20 to 25 or minutes.
