Churning my own vanilla using all fresh ingredients. It tastes great, but I get a slight buttery taste in my mouth after eating a bowl of it. Using 40% fresh cream.

When I drain my cauliflower there always seems to be water left, so when I add my cheese sauce it always seems to be very thin from the left over water in the cauliflower.

Please specify flour or corn tortillas if you wish to be taken seriously. Not only do the flavors differ, but the texture and treatment do.
