I was reviewing a wellington recipe and wondered if a basic receipe would work for Pork Tenderloin as well?

Yes, that should not be a problem. Unfortunately, we do not have a recipe on our site yet. If you search on the internet you will find recipes for Pork Wellington listed. I saw a few that I thought looked really good. I am sure you won't have any problem finding one. Good luck with your efforts and I hope you will consider entering it on our site when you are done. Question on recipes: Spaghetti Bake (2934)

Do you have suggestions for freezing this? Would it be ok to split the recipe and freeze half? Should the frozen half be thawed before cooking? Should it be frozen after cooking? If so, how do you suggest reheating.
