we do not like anchovy paste what can we substitute in a recipe instead of anchovy paste

In researching this I found several suggestions. Try one of the following: shrimp paste, brined cured olives (Kalamata) Worcestershire sauce, or Japanese hondashi powder (instant dashi). About the only way to know which will work best for you is to test them in a recipe and see which you prefer. It seems that it was a matter of personal preference. Good luck.
When I drain my cauliflower there always seems to be water left, so when I add my cheese sauce it always seems to be very thin from the left over water in the cauliflower.

Please specify flour or corn tortillas if you wish to be taken seriously. Not only do the flavors differ, but the texture and treatment do.
