For someone who is trying to learn how to cook, this site is fantastic! I have been surfing the Web to find a site that provides clear, detailed instructions on cooking methods, food preparation, and troubleshooting, and I have to say that Recipe Tips is the best one that I've found. Everything is described so clearly that it's really taking the fear out of cooking. I made your slow cooker roast beef the other night and it was excellent! I've also been reading your comprehensive section on bread. I’ve never made bread before, but your demonstrations make it look so easy that I think I'll give it a try this weekend. Thank you so much for this great site.

This could also be done with flour tortillas, too, right? And I wouldn't think you'd have the issues with breakage like with the corn tortillas.
