My family has had Christmas Eve at my parents house since we were little, now we are all married and we still continue the tradition. We open one gift at time, starting with the youngest and go to the oldest. It gives us a little more meaning behind Christmas rather then just ripping open gifts and not enjoying them. The grandkids are a bit impatient but it makes the gift they open all the more fun. :)

This could also be done with flour tortillas, too, right? And I wouldn't think you'd have the issues with breakage like with the corn tortillas.

Do you have suggestions for freezing this? Would it be ok to split the recipe and freeze half? Should the frozen half be thawed before cooking? Should it be frozen after cooking? If so, how do you suggest reheating.
