anyone know how long it keeps?
just found some i had in the cupboard for almost a year- is it ridiculous to even try it?
(it was a puddy when i bought it over by the fondas in o. city, has been sealed and is now very hard)

I am not sure what type of Oaxacan chocolate you had if it had a puddy like texture but if it was soft when you bought it and it is now hard, I would guess it isn't good anymore. I would not use it.
My dad makes really great waffles. Unfortunately his recipe is not translating to my Belgian waffle iron well.
Do uou know what the nutrition is in this recipe?
