| anyone know how long it keeps?
just found some i had in the cupboard for almost a year- is it ridiculous to even try it?
(it was a puddy when i bought it over by the fondas in o. city, has been sealed and is now very hard) |

| I am not sure what type of Oaxacan chocolate you had if it had a puddy like texture but if it was soft when you bought it and it is now hard, I would guess it isn't good anymore. I would not use it. |
