Hi, I'm new to the site and wonder if any one could tell me what to use in the place of green or red peppers when called for in a recipe. My husband is allergic to peppers and I would love to make some of the recipes that have them in it.

I don't know that there is a perfect substitution. Depending on the recipe and your likings, I would try asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, or celery. If it was a salad, maybe diced tomatoes. Too bad he is allergic to peppers, they definitely have a taste of their own but some of the other vegetables mentioned also have great taste. Good luck!
My dad makes really great waffles. Unfortunately his recipe is not translating to my Belgian waffle iron well.
Do uou know what the nutrition is in this recipe?

This recipe can be used as a dessert, accompanying any of my previous recipes or simply as a small meal during the day.

I am an entrepreneur, and one of my clients has a new patent pending product coming out in the near future.
I'm trying to email a recipe and it's not working. I have registered, so I don't understand why I am unable to email.
