I am new to the site - I am real fond of grilling.
Have been trying to eat real healthy and have had to change my diet with the shadow of diabetes over me - almost everyone in my family has it...I do not do not want it.
So grilling and diabetes preventing and orientated food - fresh and simple is what I want to know more about - well the grilling I know a fair bit already - but always looking for new approaches....
Also looking for friends - sogive me a hello...

This could also be done with flour tortillas, too, right? And I wouldn't think you'd have the issues with breakage like with the corn tortillas.

Do you have suggestions for freezing this? Would it be ok to split the recipe and freeze half? Should the frozen half be thawed before cooking? Should it be frozen after cooking? If so, how do you suggest reheating.
