| Hi,
I bake alot, but the whole pie crust thing gets to me sometimes. How to prevent soggy bottoms in apple and pumpkin pies. All tips welcome. |

| Filled! For pumpkin pie you may want to wait to pour in the last cup or so of filling until you have it in the microwave. Another thing to try along with putting it in the microwave for 5 minutes is to sprinkle a little flour on the bottom crust before you fill it. |

| Place the pie in the microwave for 5 minutes on high before placing it in the oven to bake. |
