Is anyone out there diebetic and / or on a low carb diet? What is a good brand of low carb pasta? Thanks.

I am completely unaware of the fact that low carb pasta can be made. But this will be really nice for having healthy food with taste. http://www.imageskincare.com/collections/daily-defense

wow I didn't know they had low carb pasta! In any case I've had to cut down in my carbs so I said goodbye and now eat Quinoa. It tastes so good, high in protein and keeps me fuller longer :) Check it out

Im a diabetic but I am following some guidelines on how to lose weight easy through some diet plans. Do you think the guidelines here http://how-to-lose-weight-fast-and-easy.info/ for diabetic is good?
